• This mixed use retail center was designed by General Growth Properties (formerly the Rouse Company). It covers approximately 75 acres and includes restaurants, retail stores, a gas station, and a bank.
• The project scope included street tree plantings, storefronts, buffer plantings, parking lot islands, and entry landscaping. Pedestrian walkways throughout the parking lots provide safe connections for shoppers and employees.
• Lighting on the pedestrian walkways was designed to bring the scale of the large complex down to a pedestrian level, and to provide nighttime security for shoppers.
