• Three buildings totaling 375,000 square feet are located on this 24-acre parcel in the rapidly growing technology park of Columbia Gateway, adjacent to Interstate 95.
• At-grade parking for 1,400 cars required that most trees be planted around the perimeter and on the pedestrian corridors along the north - south axis of the site.
• We designed a motor court at the complex entry to allow for visitor parking among a formal planting of large honey locust trees.
