| Mr. Steven M. Zahner has more
than 10 years of experience in the field of Landscape
Architecture including horticulture, residential design
and installation, site planning for both private and
public clients, construction document preparation, and
construction administration.
As co-owner of a residential design build company, Steven has gained extensive knowledge of the built landscape. This experience has contributed to his ability to design and construct beautiful and functional landscapes. Steven has worked on projects ranging in size and scope from residential to institutional, and he has developed plans from the schematic design phase through construction documents, and has assisted with construction administration. One of Steven’s strengths is his ability to design both functional and aesthetic solutions to a multitude of project types. His exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of the latest construction practices allows him to turn any sketch into a technical document, which can be used for construction purposes. His previous design/build experience has contributed greatly to his ability to visualize a design in all dimensions from master plan through construction and makes him a valuable asset to the design team.
