Mr. Steven M. Zahner has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture including horticulture, residential design and installation, site planning for both private and public clients, construction document preparation, and construction administration.

As co-owner of a residential design build company, Steven has gained extensive knowledge of the built landscape. This experience has contributed to his ability to design and construct beautiful and functional landscapes. Steven has worked on projects ranging in size and scope from residential to institutional, and he has developed plans from the schematic design phase through construction documents, and has assisted with construction administration.

One of Steven's strengths is his ability to sketch multiple design concept solutions quickly, evaluate the pros and cons of each, and arrive at the preferred approach. He then develops that sketch into a technical document, which can be used for construction purposes. His previous field installation experience has contributed greatly to this ability and makes him a valuable asset to the design team.
