  • This historic property in downtown Frederick serves as an educational tool for school children, a historic property open for daily tours, and a place to hold special events.
  • Following the existing Concept Plan prepared by Mr. M. Edward Shull, historic landscape designer, we provided Design Development, Phasing Plans, and Construction Documents for this historic interpretive garden.
  • Phase One consisted of brick walks and walls, ADA access, a wood trellis, catering shed, interpretive garden for school children, and underground placement of utilities and lighting.
