• Slater Associates developed a Master Park Plan for this unique 18 th-century plantation of Richard Bland Lee.
• The plan for this 35-acre park integrated the functional demands of a public museum with the cultural and aesthetic concerns of preservation. Phase One Construction Documents provided for a parking area, visitor entry, roadway, service drives, walkways, traditional split-rail fencing, landscaping, and replication of the original "Bullet Garden".
