• Slater Associates was employed to develop a Master Plan encompassing a 10-acre site for a new Dormitory Complex to house 198 students.
• Construction documents developed for Phase I site improvements consisted of locating eleven residence buildings, providing for parking, site lighting, site grading, and retaining walls. We studied pedestrian circulation for pathway layout, terraces, and selected site furniture.
