• The challenge for this project was creating a multi-use outdoor area within a small space while not inhibiting access to the adjacent classroom buildings and successfully incorporating the 10-foot change in grade into the design.
• Our solution provided two terraces for separation of activities. The upper terrace provides ADA access to the facility and an outdoor dining experience in a garden setting.
• A lower level terrace provides access to the stair tower and meeting spaces for students between classes.
