- The scope of this project included a master plan and sub-division plan for the 80-acre development which incorporated two different zoning categories and included a historic preservation area.
- In accordance with zoning rules, our design created 180 lots, incorporating 114 1/2-acre lots, 61 clustered 4-plex units, and 4 estate lots contiguous with a 5-acre preservation lot and historic house.
- Key design elements were open space and drainage systems in environmental areas with respect to wetlands and neighboring properties.
