• Slater Associates prepared a feasibility study for this 34-acre parcel and tested 15 different concepts ranging from 6 to 70 lots.
• Our designers further tested these concepts for possible types of development: town houses, duplexes, 1/4-acre and 1/2-acres lots, and estate lots, so the client could evaluate product mix.
• From these plans, we produced drawings suitable for publication in marketing report and large-scale drawings for presentation purposes.
