• In conjunction with Crozier Associates – implemented the layout of 1,452 Neo-Traditional Neighborhood Development dwelling units on 180 acres.
• Our landscape architects utilized computer-aided drafting to layout and render multiple unit types and road systems, incorporating existing hedgerows into open space systems, and providing pedestrian friendly neighborhoods.
• Multiple scaled and rendered drawings were produced for presentations to the client and township; we also provided large-scale drawings, presentation booklets, and electronic data for client use and communication.
