- This LEED qualifying design incorporated several best-practice Green Building techniques. Specialized materials included porous pavers, native plants, and use of regional materials. Water efficiency was achieved through on-site water collection and zero landscaping irrigation. Transportation elements included bicycle accessibility, hybrid vehicle parking, and a ride sharing network (with parking) for building occupants. Lighting techniques wre employed such that zero lot line pollution was achieved.
- Scope of work included production of an illustrative plan for presentation and marketing purposes, and Construction Documents for this 12 acre, multi-phase corporate park.
- The project was a collaboration between design team members, owners, contractors, and primary consultants SWB Architects.
