• The project scope included preliminary park planning and construction documents for a 200-acre park in southern New Castle County.
• The facilities program consisted of nine tennis courts, four basketball courts, four softball fields, four soccer fields, four lacrosse fields, two football fields and over two miles of hiking trails which take advantage of the scenic views of existing woodland and Wiggins Mill Pond.
• The architectural program consisted of nine structures from simple shelters to larger concession buildings with restrooms and a park maintenance facility.
