• The main focus of this display is to present the F-4D Phantom Jet in a manner that symbolizes the strength, pride, and honor of this versatile aircraft.
• The challenge was determining how to project the power and speed of the Phantom (an aircraft designed to go faster that the speed of sound) while it sits absolutely still.
• Our design presents an F-4 Phantom Jet flying over an illusion of “clouds” and mountaintops. The clouds will be manufactured by a fog misting system. In the area immediately surrounding the display, we created a ceremonial space and gathering spot for visitors.
