- This streetscape design was based on our analysis of historic documents made available by the residents and the archives of the County Historical Society.
- Phase One included streetscape reconstruction with the selection of street furniture, street trees, light fixtures and pavement types and the preservation of the historic fountain.
- Phase Two was completed as part of a state highway administration project and included streetscape improvements, roadway configuration, and underground placement of overhead utilities within the town square.
